A recent survey of available building sites in the Town of Easton, Talbot County, Maryland.  In 2007 there were approximately 740 lots available. Half have been built on over the past two years and houses sold, few new lots created so that supply would appear to be coming into balance.  Most of the remaining available lots are for townhouses and multi-family.  Building permits for single family detached dwellings are up in Easton.
