W. Fitzhugh Turner
W. Fitzhugh Turner Appraisal Qualifications
Appraisals of thousands of Houses, Lots, Farms, Waterfront and Upland under my belt. I have numerous times testifying as an expert witness, for divorce, highway condemnation and before board and committies for special uses. On the Eastern shore as a certified general I complete Commercial Appraisals, Conservation Easements, Industrial, Marinas, almost all property types within the territory. My Effort is to understand the property I am appraising, the buyers, sellers, the conditions and the market. I began building and selling houses for may father when I was 15, after college I began selling and advertising for Powell Realtors (Cambridge) in 1977, except for the market flop in 82-83 and a stint as a mortgage loan officer 83-84, I have worked full time in the real estate industry, managed a small strip shopping center and appraising most property types since 1984. I have a Realtors license and understand the motivations of buyers and sellers, but for the most part my passion for real estate sales is working with unusual properties. 85% of my time is spent appraising, 15% on selling, listing and property management.
