Recent Single family residential dwelling and lot sales on Kent Island to Centreville, Maryland, Stevensville, Chester, Grasonville, Queenstown and Centreville seem to be holding up to the market pressures.  Although the actual number of units sold are far off the rate is 2005 the number of listings and solds appear to be in balance and the prices appear stabilized.
